DNSTrack and associated logos are trademarks of DNSTrack. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

4.3 User License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. User Accounts and Registration

Currently, DNSTrack does not require user registration or account creation to use our basic services. However, if we introduce account-based features in the future:

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

We do not guarantee the accuracy of IP geolocation data or DNS lookup results. These services rely on third-party APIs and public DNS servers, which may provide inaccurate or outdated information.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DNSTRACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Business interruption or system failures
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Damages resulting from errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the Service
  • Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, whichever is less.

16.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by us.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DNSTrack regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

21. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
